Betty Levin

Award-winning American author of children's/young adult books. Born in New York in 1927. Her books are mainly fantasies. Many also feature animals, reflecting the fact that Betty was a great animal lover. Two of her stories feature horses, one is a fantasy, the other a more traditional pony story.
